Our Edx Education® GeoStix® Letter Construction Set allows children to use their creativity and problem solving skills to form interesting and colourful designs and learn letter formation. As children snap the stix together to build each letter, they feel how every line and curve fits together, helping letter shapes stick in their memory and supporting early literacy and STEAM learning.
What makes GeoStix® special is the mix of pieces. The 200 piece set combines connector dots, 5 types of straight stix and 4 unique curved arcs, so rounded letters like O and S are just as easy to build as straight ones like T and L. GeoStix® are the only construction sticks with multiple points of connection, and every piece snaps apart as easily as it connects, so one creation simply becomes the starting point for the next.
The play grows with your child. Little ones can start flat on the table, using the 25 double-sided activity cards to build all 26 letters in upper and lower case, then spell out their own name. As skills and imagination develop, the same stix lift into creations, from spinning pinwheel shapes to bicycles and beyond. With an age range of 3 to 99, it is a set the whole family can build with together, and every press and connection helps build the fine motor control little hands need for writing later on.
